Search and market research solutions provider to banks and other businesses, AlphaSense, is working on a potential IPO, people with direct knowledge of the plans told The Information . AlphaSense is working with the IPO advisory firm Class V and is in discussions with investment banks, according to two of the sources. Notably, an AlphaSense spokesperson told the business publication that the company does not comment on market speculation or future capital markets activity.
